The FCT Administration captured 480 associated crooks from uncompleted structures and lacking plots with land in Maitama and Wuse II region of the city on Friday.
Authority responsible for the team that affected the captures, Mr Bennett Igweh, said the suspects, generally male, had become green regions, lacking plots of land, and vacant houses into their asylum for wrongdoing.
Igweh said the group would remain determined at freeing the city of criminal components compromising the tranquility of the FCT.
He said the team recuperated police garbs, cell phones, stacked gun, blades and charms from the suspects.
“We captured around 480 thought crooks. We will indict large numbers of them.
“They live in unapproved places in the FCT; they need to conceal inside the shanties and dark spots to commit devastation in Abuja.
“We will do exhaustive profiling since we suspect that some of them are escapees from the Kuje Correctional Center.
“We are beginning from the downtown area, and we will stretch out the captures to different regions.
“The activity will arrive at 21 satellite towns and towns from Kabusa to Gishiri to Waru and to Wasa and others,” Igweh said.
